"The staff were extremely helpful but the property is in need of repair. We had to move 2x due ac issues. The flooring around the pool is a tripping hazard like in over half the space. The main mutate golf course looks dilapidated. The pay restaurants are good and reasonable priced. ."

Om vi vill byta till den nyrenoverade delen behövde vi betala 400 euro extra. Fruktosten var fruktansvärd, mjölken hade klumpar i sig och all mat som erbjöds såg oaptitlig ut. Vi kommer inte åka dit igen."

Hotellet marknadsförs som all inclusive och nämner två strandbarer bland sina faciliteter. Vi uppfattade det som att dessa tillhörde hotellet och ingick i all inclusive-konceptet. På plats fick vi i stället veta att strandbarerna drivs separat och att drycker där...

"The rooms are above a restaurant-pizzeria, however they were quiet. We got a room in the back side, so no beach view. Staff was very kind. Our room was on two levels, so the upper level beds were very close to the ceiling. There was no water kettle in the room and not even glasses to brush teeth."
