"Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...

"The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days."

"Our stay was decent. The staff was excellent. The area is nice and the property is clean. The room could have been cleaned, there was a odor in the bathroom that only got worse after each shower, it was dusty under our beds, and the floors were not properly cleaned so my daughter's socks immediately got dirty from walking around barefoot. The towels, linens were fresh and clean so we were able to have a comfortable sleep."

The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. "Needed a last minute place to stay, and this was clean and quiet, with attentive staff, though poorly maintained (eg old furniture stored in the hallway, bathroom exhaust did not work). The room had a huge hot tub in the corner with a wall mirror. Fantastic location, easy drive to downtown Zion and Illinois Beach State Park."

"This was a nice hotel for a quiet weekend in Kenosha. It's a 10 minute walk from the Metra station and minutes walking to several restaurants and bars. The restaurant was nice and the rooftop bar has great views. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Old and needs a big update. Room was dark, smelled musty and greasy!!! Carpet was dirty too. Marriott has always been my go too for reliability and cleanliness. Not this one."

"This location does not have an elevator. Even though it's just 2 stories they still need an elevator. No breakfast. The courtyard was under construction so no access.we had a balcony,however no chairs were on the balcony. The doors to the rooms slammed unless you held it. It was construction debris in the front of the building. Not a fan of this location. Highly NOT recommended!"

"We had reserved 2 rooms. We had room 101 and 104. Room 101, the shower and sink water took forever to warm up. I literally had the water running for over 30 minutes and it only was warm, not hot. I'm a girl and I like my water hot and steamy. So beware you might be unlucky. Unfortunately room 104 smelled like smoke. Sam at the front desk was really nice. "We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."
