"Nice comfortable one night stay in the heart of Port Elizabeth. Well located in central Walmer close to the best coffee shops and dining options. Service and welcome was fantastic and service throughout exceptionally good from all staff members. Feel the furnishings are dated and need some upgrading, appreciate that the style is Victorian however I feel that some of the general areas need upgrading. The rooms were extremely large and well equipped."

"Was slightly disappointed as the property wasn't as nice as I'd expected. It was comfortable enough but seemed a little tired. There was no hot water in the morning so had a luke-warm shower. Its very convenient to the airport, shops and restaurants. All amenities were provided in the room although I thought that the battered ironing board on display didn't do much for the decor."

"They are still new in the market. There were only 1 bath and face towel in the room for 2 adults. Just coffee and no tea. "

"Kyla whatsapped before to check our arrival time, good communication as we had a late arrival. She was very helpful and so friendly, made sure we had everything we needed to find the place. Secure free parking on site too. The family room (2 double beds) was clean, huge and very comfortable with great bathroom, safe, TV, fridge, coffee/tea facilities and excellent beds. There was load shedding which we hadn't experienced so far in S.A and the hotel had all the emergency lights. The place...

"All were nice ,clean and very comfortable...the BIGGEST PROBLEM was the POOR WIVFI connectionband internet...I had to pay out of place cket for data and use my HOTSPOT on my phone to he able to fo my work.. VERY VERY frustrating and irritating...PLEASE UPGRADE or get other service provider....not a pleasent experience "
