"Very nice close to airport."

"We arrived before check in, but reception staff checked if our room was available, and we were able to go to our room. A great advantage for a one night stay, allowing us ease of use of the rooftop pool facilities. We were also able to pay for a late checkout so it felt like a 2 night stay. Riccione (as with cervia, our previous location) seemed to be shutting down for winter. Breakfast was great in our hotel , and on departure day, bar staff prepared us some nibbles, but our evening meal was in a sister hotel, but it was a short walk. Great location for beach, boat viewing, and the airport. "

"The property was conveniently close to the beach, it was just around a five minute walk. Unfortunately, the room we booked had a two story bed occupying most of the space, you couldn't close the shower door leading to a constant leak on the floor...in the bathroom there was no light (we asked for it to be changed or repaired but nothing) and most importantly, there was no cleaning service and we had to ask to change the washcloths (we were only given one each), as no cleaning meant no changing sheets, cloths... The breakfast buffet was average, but not the cleanest. The staff was not hard to reach but almost always around and not at the reception. Overall, we won't be coming back at this place, but if one only needs it to sleep at a comfortable price it will work."

"Arrived to find out due to a water issue we were staying in the St Angles Hotel a couple of hundred metres away, which was in fact a lovely upgrade. Very helpful friendly staff breakfast had more cake than Bakeoff 😊 gelato shop 30 yds from the room which we tried and failed to work out way through. Two Metromare stops less than five mins walk. Beach two mins stroll. The area has loads of great eateries and trains from Riccione and Rimini to everywhere in Italy San Marino trip by local bus is a must. Lovely mid may just out of season week long trip for £250 total yes £125pp. "

"The pros: property is very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. It is very close to the beach and restaurants even in the off season was a good location. The staf works very hard but they are not professional hoteliers. The cons: it is a bed and breakfast posing as a hotel so some nutty things happened during our stay. When we arrived the owner checked us in. He was clearly intoxicated and was incapable of communicating the parking situation. He directed us to park on the street in what we discovered to be a tow away zone the next morning. When we asked staff about the electric charging station and the parking we were met with a very high premium and a repeatedly long explanation as to why we would be charged. I was then told we can figure out parking wherever we want. I pointed out that there was self parking facility listed on their amenities to finally be informed that it was a public lot down the street. The staff member was clearly shaken by the incident but admitted that she was not clear as to why that was not communicated when we checked in. Although the miscommunication was clearly not our doing, we were met with icy service, a lot of eye rolling and avoidance by staff for the rest of our stay. There was also a complaint about our teacup dog barking for a few minutes, mind you in a “Pet Friendly” hotel. When checking out they added a pet charge although they list Pets Stay Free. Again, I was met with bad attitude but they did end up waiving fee. "
