"I loved this property and its quaintness and family-run feel. The communal seating outside in the courtyard is a great use of the space, and also enjoyed the free parking. Proximity to essentials like a little grocery shop with fresh local produce, coffee, and several great restaurants is perfect. "

"I stayed 7 days in a Handicapped Accessible room and it was great! The shower was perfect. I did bring my own suction cup handle for additional assistance however I was very please with the installed bars. Breakfast was exceptional every morning. Staff pleasant when asking questions. No problem finding close parking space. I would definitely stay here again. "

Window treatments in lr and bedroom hard to maneuver.No napkins, small sharp knives, colander and not enough hangars (bought them)No manuals or explanations on how to use appliances. No info on where there are extra linens and towels,Expected more given the price."

"The Grotto was such a delightful place to stay! It was very quiet and we woke up each day to the sound of birds chirping. Jason was a fantastic host -- he was very responsive and gave clear, concise instructions. The property was easy to find and well-located. I started most days with a run along the path 2 blocks away and finished with a dip in the pool. The Grotto was also the perfect place to vacation with our dog!"
