"Super hotel, helpful staff great location "

"Check in was straightforward and chap was friendly . Very spacious room. But no plugs by the bed which meant my phone and medical equipment was on the desk"

"Such a helpful, friendly and conscientious receptionist(Peter) when i arrived. He also moved me from the small single room I'd booked to a larger room with a double bed and carried my bag to the lift for me. Much appreciated. My only slight negative is that the pillows were very flat and unforgiving. Softer ones would have perfect."

The breakfast was really good, well cooked with plenty of choice 😋 our party of three all agreed we have never stayed anywhere with such a lovely friendly team of staff, absolutely fantastic, everyone we met that worked there and spoke to in every department were so friendly helpful and kind, 😊we loved it and will definitely be booking to stay again.
