"This is a convenient hotel to stay near SFO. It worked out fine for a two night stay. The hotel is clean but dated and does need updating to be done.....like no USB outlets in the bedroom, dated interior, tired carpeting and bed that was too soft or worn for a good night sleep. However, the staff were very helpful and the location next to the Bayshore Trail for walking and watching the planes take off and land were fun. I would probably pay a bit more for a different hotel next time."

"Clean room, great view, location is safe and quiet. Easy parking, great drinks and service. Loved the room service super fast and good. Would've loved if cocktails were part of the menu. But everything else was great."

"This is a beautiful property on El Camino Drive. You cannot tell how pretty from the outside. The pool is heated. They have continental breakfast in the morning, and attach is a deli with really good food. We had a great time. We will be back next time we watch a Stanford game."

"The toilets look like they were made for kids. They are VERY short and not height that most toilets are. Also the door room number are very hard to read. You have to practically go up to the door to read the numbers. Better signage would be helpful. The rugs in the hallways are buckling in several areas which is a hazard. Also the outside grounds need some attention. A little gardening would make the hotel look much more inviting. The asphalt is uneven in the front which is also a tripping hazard."

"Great stay as always at Ameswell Hotel in Mountain View! The rooms were spotless and the common areas are beautifully maintained — that mid-century modern design really shines throughout the property. Staff were friendly and helpful during our whole visit. My only suggestion would be to make overnight parking complimentary — it would make an already excellent stay even better. Would definitely recommend and plan to return!"

"We enjoyed the beds, and the hot breakfast options- It was a quiet location, backing to a golf course. We had an issue with our neighbors the first night-( 2am noise and constant smoke fumes). The next morning we asked to be relocated and were quickly accommodated. Travelers need to be considerate when sharing walls, and, understand that a no smoking property is a no smoking anything property."

"I have rarely experienced such attentive staff. They thought of things I hadn’t even consider when making my order. For example I ordered a glass of wine and some cheese and they offered me crackers to go with it which I thought was lovely. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and we felt very welcome and the minute we arrive till the minute we left when they asked to come back soon, so I highly recommend the Clement."
