"The spa was needs a complete revamp The steam room had tiles missing on the seating area , the swimming pool areas were tired and were not cleaned properly The restaurant for breakfast : the tables were not cleared after each course and the dirty plates just piled up on the table When we entered the bedroom there was an empty beer glass under the bedside cabinet it was still there when we checked out The stay was ok but in my opinion fell well short of a 5 star hotel"

"We did not like the view on 4th floor. One of their lifts was out of action and shower wasn't very strong to use. The breakfast was good in the variety of food u could choose to have.."
