"They did not adjust my days and move it up by one day therefore I could not use the hotel and they charged me anyways I heard that the hotel was a dump inconsistent. The reception was rude and the service was horrible so why would I bother especially when Expedia called the Hotel and asked nicely to move me up by one day and I called reception and they said yes we have plenty of rooms no problem but somebody else had to approve it and then they didn’t honor moving my day up so they can go to...
