Nestled within a prestigious and exclusive neighborhood, this unique haven offers a serene ambiance, a large wraparound deck, and outdoor dining that brings you closer to nature while indulging in comfort and style.

As you enter this meticulously designed waterfront retreat you will be greeted by carefully selected furnishings that seamlessly fuse modern sophistication with cozy warmth. The living area is an invitation to unwind, with plush seating arranged around a fireplace (inoperable), creating a cozy atmosphere for intimate gatherings or peaceful moments.

Just a heads-up: When you check in, we'll put a $500 hold on your credit card that you used to book your stay. This hold will be released within 72 hours after you check out, provided everything's in good shape.

CANCELLATION. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any credit card processing fees (these credit card fees only apply when booking direct or through VRBO or Booking.com).
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome upon request for a one-time fee of $65. To help us keep the space clean for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
Keep doors closed to any unused rooms.
Pick up after your pet outdoors.
If there is excessive pet hair, please do your best to clean it up.

Our biggest issue was the listing said there was a king and a queen in two of the three rooms but the beds were much smaller than that. Maybe a queen and double but they felt even smaller. We were a group of 3 couples including 3 large men and a pregnant woman so this was a significant issue for us. We wouldn’t have booked the property if the listing had been accurate. There were some minor cleanliness problems like the showers not looking like they had been thoroughly cleaned, a used bar of soap in one of the showers, and dust and dead bugs in most of the corners. There were also some small maintenance problems like a loose tile that caused one of our group to lose a toe nail. The only other issue was it wasn’t super clear how to work the different heating and cooling units. We didn’t realize till the last day that the baseboard heaters had been on the entire time and the air conditioning as well, but the host was very responsive to answer questions.Other than that our stay was nice! The view was lovely and the set up of the place was overall good, the kitchen setup worked well and having a bbq was great.
