"The main house was excellent. The annexe was disappointing. The ground floor was unfinished with bare concrete walls and floors. However, we only used it to sleep in and the bedrooms were lovely on the first floor. The gardens are beautiful and spacious. The pool was excellent as was the kitchen. We were a family of 16 ranging in ages from 11 - 70yrs and the property suited all of us. Kate is a lovely host. It is quite expensive but there are very few properties with a pool that can cater for such a large family. Overall, a lovely holiday which we are already remembering fondly."
In the countryside and 30 minutes from the sea

"Bonjour, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, endroit franchement calme et très propre. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par ce couple, personnes très gentille et fort aimable , ma fille de 3 ans a dit ( ils sont gentils la Madame et le Monsieur). Je recommande à 100% cette endroit."

"Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at staying here again. "
