Great location, close to the waterfront

Cottage was adorably outfitted, and our two well-behaved dogs were able to vacation with us. We do not like to travel without them. We walked all over town, every day, and had a great time at the Beaufort Shrimp Festival.

Perfect location!

A friend and I rented this place for a conference in Beaufort. It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was walking distance from the waterfront restaurants and shops as well as the art school where our conference was. Would be good for two couples, friends, or a small family.

Cozy, simple, perfect getaway

I happened to see an add in a local paper showing this property before and after restoration. I am so glad the owner saved this historically significant home rather than tear it down and replace it. It has a historical feel, yet is modern in every way.

Great little home!

The house is well laid out and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable, bathroom are well stocked, and plenty of cookware in the kitchen. Everything is brand new. There is a CD/DVD player in the living room that we wish had been listed in house amenities. Home is not far from downtown Beaufort. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

beautiful Beaufort

My wife and I had a special week at Labi's cottage on Church St. Labi and his wife did a great job of renovation, remodeling , and furnishing this house. They thought of everything. It was a comfortable, convenient, and quality home. The weather was not so great some of the time we were there, but just staying in the house felt special. Its very quiet around the house, plenty of easy parking (important in this town). The place was clean, and seemed the interior was freshly painted. My biggest regret was the refrigerator and the king bed were so delightful that my wife wants to buy the same ones.... (thanks, Labi) The house is just 5 blocks from the heart of Bay St. which is the main street of Beaufort. It is walkable to all the places you may want to explore in the historic city. Our 2 year old mini golden doodle took two daily walks to the pier and had a great time. Labi and his wife are in the real estate business and really do want to make their community a better place. That's not BS, there really people like that in this world!

Our New Little Getaway

The description is spot on! This was actually better than we expected. My daughter is in the United States Marine Corps and just got stationed in Beaufort SC. We have made a few trips to the area and stayed in Hotels, which I know now was a mistake. The price is very comparable to the Hotel we would stay at however at this beautuful House you get so much more. The absolute comfort of Home away from Home. OK, everything thing can not be perfect, so I will share with you one thing that we did find as a little of a surprise however, I have sent a message to the owner and I am sure it will be addressed. The worst thing about out stay was the home did not have a traditional coffee maker. It had a wonderful Kurig??? But, we enjoy a pot of coffee in the morning and were not prepared with the pods. But trust me that was the worst thing about the house. I really can not say enough great things about this rental. Since our Daughter lives on base in the barracks and when we visit we like to be together this little house will be out first go to for every trip. Please give them a try, (unless it is a weekend we are coming down)!!

Excellent place and location

The house was great! The fenced-in yard was perfect for my dogs to relieve themselves but the neighborhood was great to walk also. Super quiet and relaxing. Communication with owner was quick and helpful. Plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows - always a good sign!

Spring 2025

We were arriving early, so we reached out to see if we could check in early possibly. Check in was @4 and we were hoping to check in around 3. We were told no problem, but when we arrived at 3:30, the cleaning person was still there.We left and came back @4:30, but cleaner was still there. Manager said we could stay while they finished, but obviously didn’t want to do that. We left and came back an hour later and were able to get settled finally at 5:30.Bedroom tvs could not get streaming channels.Location was good.Onsite parking space in front is really smallManager does respond quickly, we were just really frustrated by the checking issues

A week in Beautfort

Perfect stay for two couples. A king bedroom with private bathroom a queen bedroom with private bathroom. Comfortable living room and nicely decorated. Parking for two cars if needed and easy walk to downtown Bay Area. Great neighborhood. Labi, our host was terrific. Thank you!

Excellent Location and Very Clean!

We loved our 2.5 week stay here. The house is very clean and comfortable for the two of us + our two dogs. The location is perfect - just a short walk and you're on Bay St! I myself love to go running so I enjoyed my daily jogs over the bridge onto Lady's Island. For those with dogs; the yard is not fenced, but the neighborhood is very safe and quiet, so it was easy to take my dogs on multiple walks daily. There's also a very large yard right in front of the house where you can let your dog out if you don't want to walk far (leashed, of course!). I had just a few questions during our stay and the owner, Labi, was just a text message away and was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great Location

Short walk to Bay Street business hub...Home was well very clean and well appointed. Bring your suit case, drop it at the door and enjoy downtown Beaufort.

Sister get a way

This is our second trip to Beaufort in the fall. We had another great stay and love the ability to walk down town. Also easy drive to spend a day in Charleston or Savannah. House is very clean and well equipped. Lots of renovations of nearby house will soon add even more to this beautiful section of town.
