To be new, it didn’t feel that way. Our room was not very clean. Shower had mildew on shower curtain, dirt and buildup around the room, unfinished/not finished properly areas of the room(walls, around light switches, bathroom counter). It was an okay stay but I did expect more/better from a new Marriott.

This is a great property for a min week visit. 1. I had trouble with NO TOWELS in the gym or access to the wipes. 2. My last day, the breakfast was lacking in items and replenishing bc there was such a rush at that time. I loved the room. Wish you had more amenities like lotion, but what you did provide was great!! Bed was comfy. And thanks for making my stay an easy one. I was given a large enough garbage bag to collect my own trash. And every morning I picked up my own change of towels. Staying here is a breeze and accessible to so much with plenty of parking.

My partner and I feel the room didn’t get cleaned before we checked in. There was hair all over the bathroom and room, used Q-tips in the bathroom trash can and dirt still on the shower floor. We were so uncomfortable that we ended up checking out super early.

I’ve stayed here many times and loved the place. This trip however was night and day. I had two queen beds but only two towels in the room. My buddy didn’t even have soap in his room. I stayed 4 nights and not once did they come into my room to clean. Really hope this is not the quality going forward.

We love the location and usually have a great experience here. However, this time, the room was pretty run down. The blackout curtains were cracked and broken, pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable and bathroom towels were very threadbare. Just seems like they need to do some updates to the linens and rooms.

The hotel seemed new and the room was clean. However, there were two issues. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed and the bathroom floor was very wet after a shower. I had the thermostat on 60, the air never cut off and it was never really cool in the room. Front desk staff were great!

We stayed here for one night and let me just say we will not be returning. The first room we were given, was so hot and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily, the gentleman at the front desk moved us to another room. The AC in that room was much better, but the room was absolutely disgusting. Cleaning is not their strong suit!! There was old wrappers in all the corners, the shower liner was covered in mildew and everything was just grimy looking. By this point, we were so exhausted that we just decided to crash for a few hours and ended up checking out at 3 AM. A little more time and attention to the rooms would go a long way.
