Welcome to Vitamin Sea, a charming coastal retreat in the desirable Beau Coast community. This exquisite 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers modern comforts and a serene lifestyle.
The spacious open-concept living area, bathed in natural light, creates an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and relaxation. The gourmet kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and a large island, is perfect for culinary adventures.
Retreat to the luxurious primary suite with an en-suite bath complete with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms provide ample space for family or guests. Enjoy serene mornings and breezy evenings on the private patio.

1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double on Bottom and Twin on Top)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-Fireplace is for decoration only
-Pool Season is approximately, Mid-May – Mid-September • POOL HOURS: 9am – 10pm NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. The pool deck opens at 9:00 am and the pool opens at 10:00 am. No swimming in the pool prior to 10:00 am.

Big Rock Tournament weekand family get together

Plenty of room for my family and pet friendly. Neighborhood was great for walking and biking. Pool was an awesome place to relax! Close to Big RockTournament activities!!! Had an awesome week!!!

Great community with lots of amenities

We had a great stay. The community is very nice, and the homes are nice as well. I think we might have been one of the first renters in this home. Everything was very clean, new, and in great shape. I think the home could use a few more everyday items in the kitchen, and the beds were not the most comfortable, but other than that, we had a wonderful time at this home and its location.

Love Beau coast!

The property is nice. The one disappointment was that the grill did not work. We went and spent 25 bucks to fill the tank and it still did not work. Waste of additional money for nothing... Other than that, it was nice.
