"Great hotel with a comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with heated towel rail. Appreciated the mini fridge to keep our white wine cold. Parking in the courtyard was great. Would stay here again."

"A very beautiful and clearly old hotel set in an amazing medieval village. Hotel was very basic with lots of character. Some aspects need updating. Very dark bathroom decor and some squashed insects on the walls. Parking almost impossible near hotel but available a short walk away on the main road. "

Restaurant and food (at least what was available) distinctly average - not at all the standard I expected from a French eating establishment and over-priced (but then again this is France). To round things off, it was a Monday night and most of Beaugency was closed and streets deserted."
