I should have never captured this picture. Woke up late for sunrise and had to rush to the closest spot from my house. Thank god I woke up late because this ended up being one of the most incredible sunrises I’ve ever witnessed. Hard to beat the North Shore of Minnesota #Adventure

"Lisa, I think that was office, property manager name was very friendly when we checked in. Gave us a coupon for a nearby restaurant and other recommendations. I've been to the area many times but not recently. I wanted to give my German cousin and 18 year old daughter a typical small town motel experience. Duluth is very expensive in the summer. We stopped there on our way to Split Rock and Gooseberry Falls. Nice hot water in the shower. TV was a bit tricky to figure out but wasn't there to watch TV."

"Waking up every morning with a gorgeous view of Lake Superior makes this worth the stay alone! We loved the fire pit, sauna, as well as easy access to bike trails and state parks. At the end of a day full of adventure, it felt great to retreat to our modern, peaceful home-away-from-home with our dog and cozy up for a movie in bed. Definitely recommend this property! "
