and enjoy the hot tubs....all was out of order and staff didn't seem apologetic, but were kind of rude about it. 2nd problem - had 3 rooms next to us partying. They came home at 2:00 AM and partied loud until 4:00....slamming doors, loud in the hallways. Staff were contacted and did nothing about it. We went for relaxation, but ended up even more tired after spending a lot of money...
