Room was great helped my son before I arrived for check in. I couldn't get ahold of front desk when calling several times. Too many people hanging around 1st floor hallway Other than that good stay
I enjoyed the pool immensely, but hot tub was down for repairs… the property is being worked on and it’s taking time, but looks good… the restaurant food was excellent and the breakfast was plentiful… I’d have no problem living there full-time…
Very dated. Pool was very cloudy and slimy on the bottom. The hot tub was closed with algae on the bottom. Great location for us just needs some up keep.
First the staff was nice no complaint about that. The one amenity that I was hoping was open was the Bar resturant which was closed. Then going into my room and the bathroom. The towels looked like they have been using the same ones forever. The looked dirty as all hell!!. Then waking up to seeing Mouse droppings all over my desk and my Laptop. So there is a mouse problem. Worst experience in a hotel I have ever had. And I have stayed in some bad ones with better cleaning!!

Room was good besides the power going out a couple times through the night but good to have power for the rest of the evening
First floor was beautiful. Food was good.
Third floor hallway was dark and dingy, every 3rd light was on. No ice machine just a red chair. Stains on walls.
Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Room was basically clean. NO HOT WATER!! House phone was dead, so no connection to front desk. Took a cold shower and checked out for 8am appointment.
The pictures online were not what the in person experience ended up to be. When I first pulled in to the parking lot I thought the hotel was abandoned. Property wasn't maintained well. The staff were nice and helpful though. Guest wifi didn't reach my room. Just was not a great experience.

Front desk was friendly, and quick with my check in.
This is an older building, but my room was very clean room had refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.
I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Beaver Falls while visiting a local friend who recommended this hotel. I’m guessing it’s been a while since she stayed here because my experience was very different.
Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the room was decent for the price. The pool and jacuzzi were nice perks, although the hotel is dated and looks much more modern online than in person.
Unfortunately, there were several security concerns. My room had access to the pool/spa area, but the key card did not work on the connecting door, meaning it could only be locked from inside the room. The elevator in that area also wasn’t working. My main room door also did not properly lock from the inside, so I had to secure both doors myself to feel comfortable sleeping.
I also noticed the hotel’s side entrances were unlocked, allowing anyone to walk in without a key card. Later that night, I saw someone sleeping in a chair in the pool area after hours. Many people also seemed to know each other and appeared to be staying there longer-term. I can’t speak to why, but the atmosphere felt different from a typical hotel.
I also didn’t feel particularly welcomed. I tried to be polite and say hello, but repeatedly felt like my presence as an outsider was being noticed. At that point, I just wanted to get through the night and leave.
The price, pool, jacuzzi and easy check-in were positives, but the security issues and overall atmosphere outweighed them. I would not stay here again.
