"Well appointed rooms in a lovely area walkable to much of what st.Andrews has to offer. Generous delicious breakfast lovingly prepared, very comfy bed. Loved exploring Ministers Island and Kingsbrae Gardens! Hope to return!"

"The host made booking and planning the trip a breeze! Above and beyond with a personalized set-up when we arrived. I had inquired about a lobster pot and pets. She had all the lobster tools ready for us on the counter AND a doggy basket complete with treats! We are all astounded by the little personal touches to each room. The home had everything we needed and more! Board games in a bedroom closet, blankets in living room closet to sit by the fire. Even the bathroom had so many toiletries. We love fires so ran out the first night and when I asked where we can go buy more they restocked it for us!! My first VRBO experience will be hard to beat! Don’t forget to read and sign the guest book, and laying under the starts is a MUST! Thanks for making us feel so welcome, it was definitely hard to leave :)"

"We could tell it was newly renovated. The bathroom had a corner shower and we were really impressed because it had 2 safety handles where there often isn't even one. A very friendly welcome and a great recommendation for a restaurant! "

"We loved our stay at Kingsbrae. It is a charming place, with very attentive and friendly staff. Staff was more than willing to assist me with my dietary restrictions for breakfast. We enjoyed a cozy room with a comfortable bed in the middle of a busy vacation. It felt like an English manor house. We could walk downtown and leave our car in the lot by our room. Perfect."
