We checked in with no problems. Very friendly greeting. There was a phone to call the reception clerk and she arrived quick. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hot tub was pleasant. They are remodeling and changing to Quality Inns.

Good stay

The accessible room I reserved was clean and comfortable. The handrails in the bathroom worked well. I could have used a little more light in the bedroom itself, but I understand the economics of trying to run a hotel in these days. I would stay here again. Friendly staff.

Spa was broken, juice dispenser at breakfast was broken, carpet in room had not been vacuumed. The bed / bathroom WAS clean.

We enjoyed the spa but had to ask about it as he didn't mention it when we checked in. He meets you there to unlock it and gives you spa towels. Walking distance to Dennys so we had dinner there. Motel room was fine.

This was the perfect hotel for one night. We had everything we needed. There was a Denny's next door and a Wendy's across the street. We were on the East side of the exit. On the West side of the exit were a lot of additional fast food options. We opted to have an afternoon ice cream cone at the Beaver Creamery. DELICIOUS!! We would stay again if we go to Beaver.

Worth it!!!

Last min decision to stop so made a reservation online. The least expensive in area. Booked thru Hotels.com. The room was surprisingly nice. Currently doing renovations in lobby. Air condition worked very well. Bed was super comfy. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser are installed in shower/tub stall. The continental breakfast was the usual-cranberry or orange juice, organic low fat milk. Fruit loops or raisin brand cereal, blueberry or strawberry yogurt, banana or chocolate chip muffins, waffle maker, and coffee or hot coco. Bonus as an alternative Dennys is right next to hotel and you get 50% off meal if you show your paid receipt bill. Overall 1 out of 10.....I give it an 8 only because there was no remote control to TV in room but was promptly brought one, even at 3 am. Otherwise I would have given a strong 9.

Clean and quiet, nice breakfast. We came to Beaver for the annular eclipse in Oct '23, along with hordes of other people. Despite the heavy traffic along the freeway right next to the hotel, and our room being on the freeway side, our room was incredibly quiet. Those must be some amazing windows they have installed. Nothing fancy about this place, just a clean, quiet, simple roadside hotel with a nice hot breakfast (waffles, anyway; plus cereal and sweet rolls and juice/coffee) and very friendly staff. Thanks for a great stay!

The manager was very nice and helpful. She lets us keep our dog in the room until the funeral we had to go to was over. She checked on our dog to make sure he was ok. That's going above and beyond her job.
