"The door lock was broken, so obviously our door wouldn't lock. What was supposed to be shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was actually just body lotion and 2 bottles of conditioner, as well as the hand "soap" was actually just body lotion. The curtains were literally ripped off completely halfway down."

"First time staying here. We will definitely stay here again. Very clean. Breakfast was included . Staff was super nice. "

"They advertised an accessible room, and I reserved one. The bedroom part was great, comfortable bed, good lighting, clean. The bathroom was definitely not ADA compliant. Only grab bars were in the shower stall, which had a sloped middle to it that almost made me slip. The towel rack was on the other side of the bathroom from where you got into the shower stall, and no way to hang the towels near the shower stall. The toilet was difficult to get off of, since there were no grab bars around it. I had to pry myself up using the door handle on the door going into the bathroom. The parking situation is horrendous, with no designated handicap spot anywhere near the accessible room. I had to park half a block away from my room, and it took all I had to get my luggage back and forth. I'm sure there are better options in the area! "
