"We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. There was a lot of crumbs. Just minor cleaning things, other then that we enjoyed the house. We appreciated the close access...

"The views from this house are stunning. Especially on the top floor. Stairs from bottom level to second floor are very steep and unsafe for people who have issues with mobility. There was plenty of room for our party of seven."

Rebar sticking out of sand directly in front of deck HUGE HUGE safety issue!! Our 3 night stay needed more TP, major electrical issues in main bathroom, tub faucet on...

"Great house with lots of room and options for sleeping. This is my first VRBO and it was not a problem. Good communication through email, and good instructions in a notebook near the front door. We had a good stay walking to the beach and going body boarding. Our dog was happy and it was convenient to let her go potty out in the woods behind the place. We picked up after her of course."

"We were delighted to find that the property had received an upgrade in amenities since the pictures we saw. It's quite large and spacious, even our group of 11 felt comfortable. Lots of fun to be had in the arcade, and the hot tub and sauna are a nice bonus. Easy walk to the beach, lots of nice outdoor views nearby. Easy house rules, great experience overall."

"We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again!"
