A GREAT 4 Bedroom 2 Bath home with lots of room for fun It's The American Dream!
10/10 Excellent
"This was an awesome property! I highly recommend it, especially if you have two families or teens. The floor plan is really neat -- each side or wing has two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. They share the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked as far as utensils and cookware. We brought our own cookware because we've had problems in the past, but we didn't need any of it!The house was immaculately clean and the air conditioner worked well! Any time I communicated with Shea, I was answered promptly. Again, if you need a place to stay in Boone or Ames, this is perfect!!!"
"Room coffee and Breakfast were excellent especially compared to Hotels with similar price points. Hotel works well and would easily compete with Marriot type hotels. Just a good place to stay!!

"The room was clean and comfortable. One guest commented he thought it was one of the better super 8’s he had stayed in. Breakfast options were almost non-existent, but I’d stay there again."
Large home on golf course, close to Seven Oaks, Ledges Park & ISU. Sleeps 12+
8/10 Good
"To cleanliness of the property was questionable. When we arrived there was some trash in the sofa that caused ants to come in. There were ants all over the sofa and under the rug in the living room. The host did something to remedy it the next morning, but I spent the evening cleaning up. I had to vacuum and wipe down this sofa and clean out the trash frrom inside of the console in a sofa. I made the beds in the basement and found a set of false eyelashes on the pillowcase. The towels smelled as though they had sat in the washing machine for a long time before they were dried. Overall the stay was fine but I would recommend hiring new cleaners. The host was apologetic, and offered to send someone to clean but it was not until the next day, which was reasonable since we arrived later in the evening. Overall, the location was great for what we needed. I was glad the host responded. And there aren't many places in the area that could accommodate our group. So I was grateful to find a place close to our sons wedding location."
