Had to change rooms due to smell. Got new room and pullled out pull out couch and bedding was dirty. Walls had hand marks on them for example some smeared hand marks down them. Overall cleaniness was really poor.

My overall stay was good, but I’d like to mention two things. First, they charged a $300 deposit for my stay, which wasn’t mentioned during the booking process. It wasn’t really necessary. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Kelowna
We loved our stay. I didn't realize I had booked in West Kelowna and was a little disappointed when I saw the location. The property is very clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was a hit as well. We would definitely stay again.
