Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and delicious. Everything we needed was near to hand. The room was comfortable, and appeared clean, although I found several cobwebs, and reminded myself that this was an old building. Nevertheless a quick sweep with the vacuum nozzle would sort this out.

Lovely, large family room with excellent amenities. Great cooked breakfast. Good base for exploring this part of Suffolk coast. Southwold is about 4 miles away. Would certainly recommend.

Special stay in Henham Park.

Interesting and lovely place to stay within 10mins drive to Southwold. The accommodation is full of character and peaceful. The cooked breakfast was plentiful, of good quality and tasty. We liked the fresh croissants as well. We would have liked some fruit on offer as well as the orange juice already provided. Check in very easy and friendly. Would and will definitely stay again.

Was greeted upon arrival and made to feel very welcome. Our room had the most amazing exposed beams, was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered in advance, the following morning a delicious breakfast was served shortly after our arrival to the dining area with a very nice pot of strong coffee. The hosts had great local knowledge so we learnt abit about the estate and also visited a nice local pub for a great evening meal.

Secluded comfortable B&B

Interesting one. Stables is quite secluded within a large park. I arrived in the evening. I was the only guest and there was a message directing me to my room. Excellent bedroom lots of space, well appointed bathroom with bath and shower. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a long time. Room information provides suggestions for places to eat but it’s a bit of a trek to the main road and a bit confusing in the dark. Freshly cooked breakfast was really good
