"The water view from this property was incredible. The apartment was very dated and didn’t have many amenities. The shower door was broken but we only stayed for a night and left early the next day so didn’t bother us much. A coffee maker of some sorts would have been appreciated. "

"This was a superb apartment situated just outside of the Old town Kotor, with a great view of the Adriatic. They communicated well and the place is very clean. "DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. "The place was very clean and comfortable. Dragan, the property owner was very helpful with anything we needed. The only difficulty was the narrow parking space that was assigned to us. It was hard to get into, especially with standard (non-automatic) transmission. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it is only a short walking distance from the entrance to the Kotor old town. "

"Absolutely wonderful experience. To the people complaining about expensive bottles/minimum spend: that is ONLY at the Beach Club, which is only 1 of 3 levels, and the same as any Nikki Beach Club you go to in the world. Cabana, table service, loungers, etc. NOBODY will pressure you to spend money, but if you want that experience, it comes at a price. You get what you pay for. There are also free pools and beach. The restaurant is very fairly priced. The courtesy car provided by hotel is cheaper than any taxi. The price they are charging is very reasonable for what you get. It is a true 5 star hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is excellent. If possible, get a room facing the water/mountains, it was incredible. If you’re lucky enough to speak with the concierge, Nikola, he is probably your best resource for knowledge and attractions around Tivat and Kotor. He made our stay absolutely excellent, and took a lot of responsibility off us getting to and from our destinations. I have no complaints what so ever, and plan to return next year. Thank you Nikola, and thank you Nikki Beach."
