The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, and we especially loved chatting with the owner, whose passion for the hotel's heritage and deep knowledge of Keswick made our stay even more memorable. We leave feeling completely recharged and without a doubt, we'll be back."

"Great location to stay right in the centre of town and basically next to the Cathedral area. Room was comfortable and nicely appointed. We had dinner in the bar, very friendly staff and decent food. Breakfast in he morning was equally nice - it is a beautiful old building and these areas were lovely. For us also useful that it had parking included. A very nice play to stay in Carlisle. "
