"This flat was NOT what is pictured. There was no washer, no place to store clothing, it stunk, and the couch was not the sofa bed in the pictures or as originally described. We canceled upon walking into the flat. The host and stay company still have reimbursed me for the stay, even though it has been over 30 days. Although the location is good, the place is horrible and I would NOT recommend anyone staying here. Also the host company may be polite they are not helpful. After getting the main...

"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
