Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. "Maison spacieuse au calme avec climatisation dans le séjour (bien appréciable en cette période), grande piscine. Vu le nombre de personnes qui peuvent y séjourner il faudrait prévoir un plus grand frigo ou un de plus et aussi avoir un congélateur car là nous avions un freezer donc pas adapté pour l'été. Dans le salon il faudrait mettre un clic clac au lieu de plusieurs canapés pour plus de confort. Merci pour le séjour."

Das Städchen Pénezas ist sehr charmant und überhaupt hat die Gegend viel zu bieten. Katelijne und ihre Tochter waren tolle Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat immer ansprechbar waren. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Karl and Agentas villa, the town of Laurens is a very sleepy area in the middle of a wine county. Our young children enjoyed watching the small tractors ferry grapes to the local winery. The locals of the village were very friendly. The Villa is beautiful with a clean good sized pool which we spent most of our days by. The house was a great size for 5 adults and 3 small young children. Only issue, the floors and surfaces were very dusty which we had to clean...

"House well equipped and comfortable. Access to UK programmes via Sky box appreciated, but no Wi-fi a bit disappointing. A few points I feel are worth making - I hope you’ll take them in the spirit they are offered: Lounge seating a bit uncomfortable. Pool clearly has a leak and needed topping up daily. Some light switches not very secure - one in particular is for the short hall leading to the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our 10 days here, allowing us to visit Soubes again after selling our villa...

"Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. "Henri and Helens villa is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is available. The outside kitchen and dinning area is wonderful. We can’t fault the villa itself. "Property was in great condition and modern. Loved the artwork and the aircon!Very secure and safe. Quiet and relaxing surroundings with a lovely common swimming pool. Ants were a problem initially but adding to the pest control discs sorted them out."
