"Property was clean, quiet, and well kept. We enjoyed seeing deer walking the property on a daily basis. Indoor pool was great as the open glass gave it an outdoor feel. Our unit was clean and well stocked with dishes , cookware, towels, etc. We stayed in the deluxe unit with jetted tub which was amazing. "This was a lovely, well appointed condo in a gated community in the country just south of Bloomington. It has a large deck looking out onto Lake Monroe. Four of us went for the Eclipse and it was a good experience. Everyone at Hills O' Brown, the company that rents it, was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and, overall it was quite peaceful. It was a nice place to get away from it all for a few days and I'd recommend it."

"This was one of the cutest, cleanest, and homey VRBOs I have ever stayed in. Everything was labeled, and organized, with little fun touches and surprises. The location is beautiful, I saw deer off the deck multiple times. The property manager is very communicative and helpful. I would absolutely stay again."

"Great place to stay if in town with friends or family. Main living area is excellent and includes all you’ll need. Walkable to everything in town. Bedrooms are good overall. Bathroom is the only odd part. Single bathroom that you need to walk through to access 3 of 4 bedrooms. Just note that the town essentially opens at 9am and closes at 9pm. There are just a few places open earlier and later. Brown County Park is beautiful for biking and hiking."

"This was a cute little place in Bloomington! Kylene reached out to me to make sure we had her contact info if needed! This home was spacious and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, toiletries, etc! My only beef was with Vacasa customer service but that has nothing to do with this rental. I would stay here again for future Bloomington stays."

"Spacious, solid upstairs apartment (it's over a marijuana shop and a tattoo parlor, neither of which were a bother in any sense) in a really convenient location for visiting the IU campus. Many ethnic restaurants within very easy walking distance. Functionally equipped rather than decorative; cramped bathroom space. The advertised "Spa/Hot tub" was nowhere in evidence - there's no bathtub at all - and the claimed "on-site parking" doesn't exist. We were lucky to find parking meter spaces...
