"The staff was very friendly, but housekeeping was not great. We had to ask for toilet paper and soap at the front desk. The coffee and cups in the room were not replaced. The lines for breakfast were long. We stayed for four nights and skipped the free breakfast twice because of the wait and the shortage of food."

"A mouse trap in the room is not reassuring. The carpets on the hall were torn up, maybe in view to be renovated. However, no mention of it by staff. A little apology for the renovations would have gone a long way."
