"It was amazing! Only complaint was the pool was closed, but that was on us!! 😂 We got there crazy late. Very kind and welcoming staff, very clean and comfortable facilities, and the restaurants have lovely food! Thank you Omni!"

The fire alarm went off at 5:40am. Couldn’t get back to sleep. Room stayed warmer than I’d like even though we changed the thermostat. Elevator was broken and the stairs with luggage and 3 small children was a nightmare. Would recommend is these were

Other guests who go downstairs to eat breakfast totally barefoot is really disgusting. I usually never return to a hotel chain where guests are allowed to show up at breakfast barefoot. I saw that Sunday morning.
