"the front desk closes at 7pm and they charge you 25 euro to call them if it's a non-emergency. we didn't have any sheets on one of the beds so there was nothing we could do. rooms are very basic and dated"

"This is for long term stays. There was no bedding in 2 bedroom unit. We were then provided bedding for 1 bed. We had to ask for towels and when you check out, you are responsible for cleaning the room and taking all laundry to laundry center. No restaurants close to property."

"Nous avons vécu un enfer. La réservation a été faite sur expédia. A l'arrivée à 19 heures 30, il y avait une enveloppe scotchée sur la vitrine du local d'accueil avec un plan sur lequel figurait le n° de l'appartement et mon nom. Mais pas de clé et aucune instruction. Nous avons pensé que le logement serait ouvert. Pas du tout. Nous avons contacté Expédia par téléphone qui a tenté de joindre ODALYS. Mais à ce jour aucun résultat et aucune réponse d'ODALYS qui ne nous a même pas contacté dans la...

"We stayed there just one week after its opening, and it’s clear the property has a lot of promise. The location is excellent, the design is tasteful, and the atmosphere is refined. However, as with any brand-new hotel, there are still quite a few operational kinks to work out. From service coordination to small details, you can tell the team is still finding its rhythm. While we enjoyed our stay, I couldn’t help but think it would be a more seamless experience after six months of fine-tuning. I look forward to returning once it’s fully up and running. "
