"Hotel Italia e Lido Rapallo is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the Rapallo Harbor there was a nice little bistro set on the balcony to enjoy the view and coffee or a cocktail it is centrally located to walk to all the shops and restaurants in Rapalo. The staff was fantastic from front desk to Housekeeping. We will definitely stay there again we had one of the larger rooms and it was still a little on the small side, but typical Italian style The only real drawback was the size of the shower. Similar to a small motorhome shower."

The food at the restaurant was delicious and again the service superb. We particularly loved our waiter Daniel. Breakfast was also delicious with lots of options and great coffee. "Everything about the hotel was absolutely wonderful except when we were being checked in, they tried to give us the room without the balcony I had to ask insist, two times had to say to them that’s not what’s described in this picture as I showed him. The picture has a balcony he tried to tell me the room has a view, I didn’t like that old Hotel trick "
