"This was generally a nice property to stay in. There were a few technical issues on check in but these were sorted very quickly. The wifi isn’t very strong and as soon as I moved into the bedroom it disconnected me every time. Overall it was a very clean place except for the kitchen. Most of the dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty and I had to wash everything before I used it. As was the stove top and bench. Another little problem is that they say they will charge £10 for any unwashed...

"The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay again, loved the ruins and the squirrels. "

The heat in the apartment was unbearable, it was only 19 degrees outside but the apartment had no air movement at all and the windows opened a very limited amount. "Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"
