Made reservations online for smoking and pets. When I arrived I was up charged $140 for pets and incidentals. Not sure why. Also after seeing the condition of the hotel we decided to book elsewhere. Was told no refunds since I did it online. I'd avoid this property unless you want to book a room then get charged a totally different amount and not able to get a refund. REALLY SHADY..

When booking I requested 1st floor. When we checked in asked for first floor as well due to health issues. Was told they don’t have a first floor??? and was put in the second floor with no elevator! When we checked into the room there were no towels in the room only washcloths.The air conditioner would not work properly! Will not stay again, if you can’t accommodate you won’t get my money! We don’t ask for much but we were very dissatisfied!

Unexpected fees, and unfriendly staff. Rooms were viewed clean but when actually in the room it needs a deep clean doors , walls, tub, upholstery on chair, shower curtain, carpet, ac filters, are very dirty and need deep clean. Curtains missing hooks and didn't close all the way and people on 2nd floor were very loud even though no cars in parking lot to account for the noise, almost like they were falling down a lot up there.

The General Manager questioned the ages of 2 minor females trying to get them charged as adults. Watched us get to our room and then called as soon we got there to make our Daughters go back to the Office after driving for 8 hours just to show them they were 18. Bipipi(the manager) was very rude. Trying to get all the money out of us for anything. We booked the room online and he was trying to charge us for a different room. He was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. This is a holiday weekend and we were driving all day and booked the room online and he wanted us to buy a different room.

When I checked in, the man at the counter gave me a lecture for booking on hotels.com. There was a $100 deposit that was not mentioned. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know. The sidewalks and part of the parking lot were covered in ice. Very unsafe. There was a very strong odd smell in the room. It might have been cleaner. Not sure. The heat was not on, so it was very cold, but the unit worked well, so it didn't take long to warm up. The beds were super comfy, but one of the metal frames made a lot of noise. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. The room was VERY clean, except the shower head. It was covered in gunk. Overall, good value for the money.
