"We stayed here two nights while exploring cape cod on a family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, beds were comfortable and it was pet friendly. The cookies and dog bones were a nice surprise when we arrived. Arrival and departure Instructions were clear and communication with Tara was excellent. Tara provided a lot of information about the area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and getting in and out was easy. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tara! "

"Our stay in this Eastham house was most pleasant and I have to say the host was wonderfully responsive when problems arose. During heavy rainstorm, the livingroom ceiling leaked and the icemaker in the freezer portion of the refrigerator was broken. Neither issue dampened our stay - pun intended. Location made for easy daily commute to gorgeous Campground Beach where family gathered daily. I would not hesitate to return to Eastham again."

Crowne Pointe Historic Inn & Spa - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"The place was well kept and the gardens were wonderfully maintained. Late night dip in the hot tub. Which was alway hot. Didn’t notice I we had complimentary breakfast until the second day, with omelettes to order. The place was an easy walk to the supermarket even though we never cook a thing. Revert back to the included breakfast. The wine and cheese hour was very social. I was sort of put off by the price when I booked but I am booking for next year, now. Maurice, took my panicked call to say we were going to be very late to check in and I didn’t want to loose my room. He handle it with grace and wit. I believe her name was Sue, at the desk she fielded all my question about what, where, how and when. And sent us off for the day on the hotel bikes, so the car never moved the whole vacation"

"We had a nice stay here after booking two dog-friendly rooms. The rooms themselves were tidy, comfortable, and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean far away. The staff was helpful, which we appreciated. The hotel had a separate fenced play area for dogs which was helpful to let my dog off leash for his playtime. The only downside is the location as it’s pretty far from the markets, and if you're looking to explore on foot, there isn’t much around. However, the included breakfast was excellent and made up for the distance. Excellent option for pet owners, just plan for a short drive or ride to get to the main sights!"

"A smooth check-in and smiling staff was my experience at arrival. You can see where the historic pieces of the hotel meet the modern day. I booked a room right on the water. The room was clean, bed comfortable and view spectacular! Although too cool to use the pool, it was nicely arranged with bars, loungers, and cabanas. Overlooking the water is a plus. The bathroom could use an exhaust for the moisture. This was not an issue as it was warm enough to open the windows. While I am not a fanatic for ghosts, something did touch my foot during the night-nothing harmful. If I ever visited P-Town again, I'd definitely book again. Thanks for a great birthday stay!"

"They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time but it was too hot to not use. We reached out several times regarding this issue along with missing light bulbs in the room and received zero response. There were coffee grounds from previous guest left in machine, wi-fi connection was awful and tv kept disconnecting, tv remote was absolutely filthy, and some outlets didn't work. Text messaging 24/7 was a lie as I received no responses after check in but surely received all their auto texts. Few people on site were cleaners and some contractor who claimed to know absolutely nothing -- could have at least reached out to bosses themselves and let them know customers were having issues. We were not the only ones as I can see someone else left a review around the same time as or stay. 1 star for location and free parking. Like the previous review - charged a fee even though their invoice clearly states zero with no one to get a hold of. No amenities and no incidentals to charge for -- check your statements and BEWARE!!!!"

"Great room and loved the Murphy bed. The staff were so sweet and supportive, the views were lovely, and the kitchen was great. I think there should be an extension for the pool and Jacuzzi on the weekends like 24 hour access only on Fridays and Saturdays or something. Thank you for all your support!"

"No one was in the office when we arrived (not late) or when we left the following morning. No one answered the phone or answered messages we left. There appeared to be no one on the property. Keys were left for us. Unattended pool and property. Very irresponsible and concerning. Was there several times years ago and had much better experience."
