Angela was a pleasure to work with and she helped us upgrade to a lovely room for the special occasion of our wedding anniversary. She even sent up a special gift on behalf of the hotel! We were overjoyed with our experience at this clean, spacious and conveniently located hotel. The staff was unbelievably kind and resourceful and we will most certainly be staying at this hotel again when we are in the Philadelphia area. "
