"it's an older hotel but it's super nice and fun and free. great stay away from all the busy hotel strip. feels very much like a vacation. and while breakfast could have been more upscale and cleaner and some renovation is in place, I still loved my stay there. "

Otherwise it would have been 5 star rate on cleanliness Had one evening meal which was acceptable for the price Breakfasts were very good though not as good as Dead Sea Hotels. Only two elevators seemed to work and we sometimes waited 3 minutes or more for the elevator Swimming pool excellent Staff mostly friendly; a minority were a bit impersonal and cold. Parking fairly easy but once there was just one space left in the hotel carpark itself "

"When we first checked in, there was a disgustingly strong smell of cigarette smoke all over the room including cigarette ashes in the window rails. After they vacuumed out the smell somehow the AC continuously leaked, spray our bed and clothes with water and leaving a puddle on the floor. We had multiple technicians come in at all hours of the day and night I understand that the hotel couldn't offer us another room because they were fully booked. They refused to apologise or compensate us for the incredible inconveniences we experienced. The hostels down the block are of much better quality."

"This property is very dated. The owners have not invested to update. my room had rust in the shower. Half the shower water guard was gone or missing which allowed a ton of water to go into the washroom and accumulate on the floor. The towel rack in the shower, had a screw missing and looked like it was on it's last legs. Our Key card needed to be replaced three times. One time I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. One of the bed lights had a broken support, so it worked but was hanging by it's wire. For such a big hotel, the parking lot is quite small. There was no soap in the shower. When I asked the cleaning staff, they said they didn't have any. The property is quite far from the beach area so you need to drive and then fight for parking. It's an ok property overall, however, I would have never paid the kind of money I did for this type of property. "

"The first and only hotel in Israel that lives up to excellence on a world wide scale. A little hard to get to, (unless you have a helicopter), but it’s worth the effort to get there! Great everything; setting, lay out, food, views, service; serenity on steroids! Wonderful manager who really cares and an owner with incredible vision and fabulous guts to get this fabulous resort built! Hats off!"

"The rooms were wonderful. Staff were attentive and friendly. 2 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach. Our room had a beautiful garden view. Definitely recommend."
