Nice Apartment next to Ben Gurion University

Very Convenient to Ben Gurion University. Far away (about 15 minute drive) from Be'er Sheva and Old City. But very comfortable if that is the area you want to be in. Parking is limited and may be a bit of a walk. Very clean and Host was helpful.

Best place in Beer Sheva!

The room was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen well equipped so we warmed up some food. Public transportation is about 3 minutes walk (to the main road), and the crew is welcoming and helpful.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious, and the property manager is very friendly and helpful! The property is well cared for and maintained. The manager recommended a place for dinner, where we had some excellent falafels! The only downside was when I got a ticket in the parking for the hotel, however, the manager is taking care of it for me, so it all worked out fine.

Had a wonderful night in a perfectly clean and modern room (studio apartment). Bed was superb. I chose the location for being next to the University (and easy walk onto campus). Ample, easy street parking (included with the hotel cost).

Nicht empfehlenswert - keine Rezeption, kein Anspr

Wir warfen sehr enttäuscht. Der Appartement-Bungalow liegt in einer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftigen Gegend. Vor dem Haus wurden wir sogar angebettelt! Das Haus war nur per Code zu öffnen, den wir leider nicht fanden, da wir eine in HEBRU geschriebene Mail vom Eigentümer bekamen und nichts verstanden. Nach mehrmaligem Hingehen (bei 30 Grad Hitze) half uns ein anderer Gast, der zufällig dazu kam, ins Haus zu kommen. Dann noch ein Clou: Der Stadtplan war auch in HEBRU!!! Wie sollte man am Schabbat ein Lokal bzw. einen Supermarkt finden. Der Eigentümer hat sich zwar später entschuldigt, auf ein angekündigtes Entgegenkommen (vom Preis her) warten wir noch heute. Ich nehme an: vergebens.

BEWARE photos and reviews are inaccurate

As previous reviewer stated, place was dirty and uninhabitable. Photos shown are not what you get and are inaccurate. Rooms should not be rented here.We had to make arrangements to stay at another property. Property manager gave us problems when trying to resolve issue, but Hotels.com handled it for us.

Nice apartment

The apartment was lovely. A few small comments: the shower doors did not close properly so the bathroom flooded. The area felt a little seedy at night. But the room itself was otherwise very nice.

Nice management, but dirty

Nice manager, however dirty bathroom, trash bins in apartment will get you dirty when you touch them, horrible paint job, holes in walls filled with very old silicone, dirty sheets (smelled like someone else slept in bed), dirty pillow case (which was smaller than the pillow), they said there were 2 twin beds and a double bed, but one of the twins was actually a cot! So my aging mother had to sleep on a cot. We asked the cleaning lady to come in to clean again and she missed all the dirty spots again (crud around the edges of the shower, grime on the outside of the sink, dirty trash bins, fingerprints of children all over walls, etc.). Very unkept outside as well. Walkways full of dirt, leaves, mud, etc. Double bed not comfortable. Heater in bedroom didn't work. Perhaps was a good place 7-10 years ago.

הבית במתיתיהו אוצר בתוכו כל מה שצריך בטוב טעם ובנוחות: מטבח מאובזר, מיטה נוחה, חדר מרווח, חדר אמבטיה מפנק ואם לא היה יורד גשם היינו נהנים גם מהגינה הצמודה לחדר.

Excellent place for overnight stay in Beer-Sheva

Although in the middle of a shady neighborhood, several well built units with all you need for an overnight stay in Beer-Sheva. The owners are nice and the units are well equipped and maintained. recommended.
