"Good clean hotel rooms. Across the street from the metro station so its convenient to get into Berlin. Cleaning staff kept on chapping our door to gain entry on the last day early on in the morning...seriously just wait until we are checked out."

"Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch."

The night shift attendant was very rude to me when I asked him for a water fountain. He told me "there's water in the bathroom." That's not a good place to stay. "
