"Great rooms "

"There must have been a water leak above our room. When the guests in the room above us turned on the shower, their water dripped down into our shower."

"Our room was pretty clean, the pool area was clean, no towels though, the towel bin was empty. Online it says the pool closes at 10pm, when I checked in the guy told me it closes at 8pm. That’s pretty early for a pool in a hotel. When it was 8pm the guy never came and told anyone the pool was closing. He turned the lights off to the pool area with a pool full of kids, my son is 5. I kept having to get my key remade because it wouldn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t that great, but it was included so I won’t complain. "

"The staff told us multiple times maintenance was coming. I waited until 130 am the first night. Went to the front desk as soon as we got up and told them of the issue and that I’d been down multiple times. She said they’d get someone asap. 5 hrs later we switched rooms. "
