Being stuck in their elevator for 15 minutes and finding a hair in our breakfast wasn’t the worst part of staying there. The worst part is the manager giving us big attitude and chasing us down 1 hour before the check out time. Be warned don’t dream of enjoying the spa in peace during paid service hour because the manager and the staff will chase you down to hell to hush you that check out is in 1 hour as if you’ve never stayed at a hotel before and didn’t know the rules. If you want your vacation ruined, come here.

Séjour parfait au sein de l’hôtel ! Personnel très gentil et petit déjeuner excellent avec que des produits frais cuits minutes ! Le spa est très propre, tous comme le hammam ! Service massage testé, le masseur très professionnel avec un travail qualité ! Je recommande !

Maravilloso hotel, desayuno perfecto, suite romántica con la mejor jacuzzi que conozco. La cama movimiento, sensacional. OBS: Sin embargo, lo compré a las 15 horas del mismo día, y cuando llegó la confirmación de la reserva vi que el spa estaría abierto a partir de las 15 hasta 21h. Apartir de 15 horas del día siguiente, no las 11h como mire la pagina. Hablé con el dueño, donde no nos lo hecho mucho cado, pero me aseguró que cuando llegara vería lo que estaba haciendo. Porque con este clima elegí precisamente disfrutar de mi luna de miel con mi prometido. Y hoy, cuando me fui, el encargada dijo que no se podía hacer nada. Frustrada con esto

Décus par le SPA

Hôtel très bien situé, mais gros problème sur le coin SPA : impossible d'y rester car trop chloré et pas assez de ventilation. On y est resté tout juste 5 à 10 minutes car on avait les yeux qui piquaient et c'était intenable. On l'a signalé le lendemain ils ont dit qu'ils allaient voir ais rien a été fait on sentait le chlore jusque devant dans la rue.... Autre problème nous étions la chambre en-dessous de la salle pour les petits déjeuners et dès 8h/8h30 un bruit pas possible des chaises ou autres meubles qui bougeaient....impossible de faire une grasse matinée. Problème aussi d'humidité dans la chambre condensation sur les fenêtres donc le sol était mouillé et pieds nus c'est pas le top, heureusement ils fournissent des chaussons. Dommage car très bien placé et cadre sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux et personnel très souriant.

Hôtel charmant dans les ruelles de Begur

Hôtel charmant très bien situé dans les ruelles de Begur. Notre chambre était très romantique avec une belle terrasse vue sur le village et le château. Nous avons également profité du spa très agréable dans le sous sol voûté de l’hôtel. Juste une petite remarque, le claustra en métal sur la terrasse ne cachait pas entièrement le vis à vis de la terrasse de la chambre voisine ce qui pourrait être appréciable pour avoir plus d’intimité.

En general el hotel es correcto aunque nos decepcionó un poco por el precio pagado. Aunque era agosto, creo que por el coste del alojamiento el hotel debería ser mejor. Sin duda lo mejor fue el desayuno. Nos decepcionó un poco que el hotel era bastante ruidoso, que debieramos compartir el spa con personas que no eran huéspedes y que en 4 ocasiones se fue la luz.
