An experience to forget!!!
An experience to forget. Hotel staffs were not helpful and sleeping in hotel lobby. Room condition barely acceptable. As we have reached hotel approx 2am due to delay flight (bad weather), staffs attitude were not helpful considering that we are exhausted from delay flight. Further, requested assistance on air-condition which was not working....but was not given any help or response. Reception staff was not helpful in assisting us for transport to airport...was told to walk to main road and manage ourselves
