"Very clean room, taking cabs to and from was easy and accessible. Spacious room, was offered a free upgrade to the 10th floor so that was super cool. Bed was huge and cumfy. A short didi ride from most attractions."

Grand Hyatt Beijing

Grand Hyatt Beijing

8/10 Good
"Expedia made a mistake in our booking. We were supposed to have access to the grand lounge with complimentary drinks and food in our room booking. It was an added benefit to our booking, but wasn’t included when we checked in. It was a long and very unpleasant struggle to get the added features that we had paid for. We weren’t at all happy with Expedia."
