The breakfast venue is always packed with people but staff always tried their best to help. Food almost never change for the 7 days stay there so if there are more variety it will be nicer.

Great stay at the Valley Wing. Staff very nice and helpful. General Liang is so thoughtful and kind. I was having my birthday and she even sent a cake to the room. The new airport sendoff service is a godsend. It includes a staff member at the airport carrying your luggage to the counter and helping you get the boarding pass. I’ll use that service next time I visit for airport pickup, too. The hotel is a little old. We all know that. But the staff and service at the Valley Wing sparkle.

Their staff accidentally broke a face cleaning tool in our room. Their manager tried so hard to reach out to me because I don't have local phone number and kept asking for how they make it up.
