"Breakfast menu: fake eggs but they tasted ok mixed with bacon. Parking excellent. The room ceiling was peeling and black in spots. It made me think there was mold under that paint."

"Last minute booking but close to our destination. Little hidden away hotel reasonably priced. Standard complimentary breakfast fare. Adequate heat on a chilly Rhode Island night. Night manager was just as friendly in the morning as when we checked in. A very good experience. In the morning we ventured out and discovered we were close to everything, happy bonus…"

"Clean rooms, but the pool/hot tub area was so full of chlorine fumes it was almost unbearable. I suspect the chlorine levels need to be adjusted. I also never quite understood the breakfast situation, so we bought groceries nearby."

"When we arrived to our room, we realized there was only one king bed. We booked a room with 2 queens, which I showed to the front desk staff. The man explained they were out of rooms with 2 beds so would give us a room with two kings or take $75 off our existing room. We were on our way to an event and I was told we could sort it out when we returned. While we were out, I received a voicemail letting me know they actually did not have an extra room available for us and only the discounted room would be the option as they were totally booked. I quickly pulled up the reservations and could have reserved a room myself on my phone so tell me how they were out of rooms? Then, miraculously, they reached out again to let me know they had a room with 2 beds available after all. I am glad we were able to sleep in the room we booked BUT the stress of this situation and feeling very misled and lied to makes me never want to stay here again."
