"I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has such a beautiful, charming, and unique atmosphere, and I fell in love with the decoration and all the little details. The food was also absolutely amazing, everything I tried was delicious. But what truly made this place special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I left with such a lovely feeling and would come back in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

"I had an amazing stay in Beirut, Lebanon! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The location in Hamra was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and shops, with everything within easy walking distance. It's such a vibrant and lively area, making it the ideal place to stay while exploring Beirut. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. "Hotel was good and staff great especialy Zeina. However the airport pick up was not a good welcome. I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust. Furthermore the 79 years old driver had no clue where your hotel was and i had to show him and all the road he was complaining about his health and the state of the country and his bad financial situation and i couldn't leave the taxi without doing something for him. In short guests accepting your rates and stay at your beautiful hotel will expect a better pick up standard and you should perhaps cancel the "normal" and provide only VIP airport pickup. Thanks."
