First let’s start with the positives-Front desk staff were very nice and professional and the pool was nice. Cons-The hotel in general was lacking cleanliness, and a lot of things needed repair. The room itself was again just mediocre, we had a superior room. The sofa in the room was dirty as well as other furniture in the room. The rollaway bed and sleeper sofa were both extremely uncomfortable. There was a nice balcony, however, if there is a party at the restaurant or a wedding good luck getting any sleep. There is a restaurant on site and the food was just ok and it was hit or miss. There was no consistency in the food quality. There is a buffet breakfast included in the morning that has a nice variety, however, the food and beverage staff watch your every move as you go to the buffet to the point where it’s uncomfortable. To be completely honest I would never stay here again.

Conveniently located close enough to Beirut but still part of the mountain area. Has its own private road leading to the property which makes it quiet yet retains the quality of a resort. Staff are extremely friendly. Would definitely visit again.

De aktiverer de har i kælder virker ikke. Mad er virkelig dårlig Medarbejder kommer ikke med det man har spurgt efter Morgenmad er fri men man skal åbenbart betale for nogle frisk appelsinjuice og man må kun få en omgang omelet, har jeg aldrig hørt før og det står ingen steder. Morgenmad var nok det dårligste jeg har smagt, det sammen hver dage og ingen smag.. det er hotel er ikke pris værd. Jeg bil aldrig aldrig nogensinde booket der igen når jeg kommer på besøg igen..

The staff were so friendly, the room was clean and neat, the kids enjoyed swimming all day and played in the playarea at night. We went for a walk in Aley souk which is 5 mins away. Great location and I hope I’ll visit it another time soon.
