We had a one night stay, the hotel is a bit old but in good shape. Staff was helpful as we had a problem on the check-in but it was well handled. Overall the experience was nice, good food & great surroundings.
Expedia confirmed 2 mini villas, we sent it to the hotel, they convinced us that only 1 is booked and my friends ended up in a standard room.
I got poisoned from the food at breakfast time and kept on vomiting... we couldn't sleep of the noises caused by the heater, the fridge and the bathroom tubes, we plugged out all the electricity from the room and ended up throwing all the food from the fridge the next day and our telephone batteries has died so we had to keep our phone in the room till noon time. Amazing place but needs a serious renovation and a better food
Overall experience of my stay was amazing, I would defiantly consider this hotel for all the bookers, and the traveler from around the world
-Food: Arabic food was really tasty and enough portions, while the plates from the international menu, were over priced, tasteless, and small portions (plates we took) 1. Chicken Dijon 2. Cordon Bleu
- Room: the standard room is much more enough to accommodate two person, even 3 persons with extra bed, in our case, I have asked for an extra bed ( it wasn't comfortable at all) although the 2 single joint bed were really nice and comfy
- Clean: the hotel was really clean, and it's recommended
- Ambiance: hotel is surrounded by green trees, in the middle of the mountains, it accommodates different outlets to make the guest satisfied.
- Activities: the hotel it's reach with the activities, and there is no way to spend a boring day there, some activities are over priced (ATV 25,000lbp 17$) / person for 15 mins, its a way too expensive.
-Entertainment: Every Saturday night, the hotel have a OUD singer (one man show) usually everywhere, I seek such nights, but that night, we had to eat, and move very quickly for the following reasons:
1. The sound was a way too high for a oud singer ( we gave them a comment about the sound to be reduced, but no response)
2. we barely could hear the waiters, and vise versa
- Overall experience: amazing, I would repeat it again
It was a great stay, very friendly staff, clean room and they allowed us to stay and do late checkout free of charge.
The only thing is there there is no wifi in rooms.
Great place for a few nights outside Beirut. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is really helpful.
I would recommend it for a big group planning a weekend trip.
A retreat aspiring to bring new activities and experiences to Lebanon. However the execution is questionable and some of the experiences are very poor - even if they were offered for free with the over-priced rooms !?!
Manage your expectations ... and good luck to the operator in upgrading their offering and services... there is good potential here.
Location was good if you like to get away from city and stay in the mountains but that all. Hotel rate was to expensive, food too expensive and it wasn't clean. The hotel was under construction in the pool Area
It was one of the best stays I had in my country Lebanon, The service was great, staff were amazingly helpful and welcoming. Food was soooo great, and the area, Lamartine Valley, is beyond imagination. We basically loved everything, my little girl was so happy with the indoor pool, also she liked the Ostrich and the horses, especially the baby one :)/

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The location is very nice...
The staff are good and most of them are helpful and polite. Location is very good, though pricing policy should be reviewed by hotel managment, and amenities to be provided...
